I absolutely love this episode. It's probably my favorite episode from this season, and is one of my all-time favorite episodes from the entire series. In terms of Season Finales, it also ranks high.
In this episode, Inspector Rodriguez gets a new demon to help him achieve his goal to destroy The Charmed Ones once and for all. Tempus, a demon who can reverse time, until Rodriguez is successful in killing the sisters. Each time the loop occurs, Phoebe discovers it a little faster, but it always leads up to Andy dying. In the end, Andy knows he will die, but goes to help anyway. The sisters speed up time, which defeats Tempus, and then while he makes one more attempt at killing them, Prue vanquishes Rodriguez.
Fun Fact: Phoebe's hair miraculously changes from a bun, to down with two clips in it, in one scene.
Fun Fact: Piper's necklace miraculously changes from a cross, to a butterfly, in one scene.
Fun Fact: This is the first episode where Phoebe has a premonition she is not destined to stop. This is told by the fact that she didn't see how Andy died, just that he had.
Fun Fact: During Season 1, The Charmed Ones, and their allies vanquished fourteen demons, eight warlocks, two mortals, one Darklighter, one ghost, one Lord Of War, and one Wendigo, for a total of twenty-eight evil beings.
