A Little Game of Chicken in Hell's Kitchen

Warning: Spoilers
Now with episode 6 done, we finally got to see our first Daredevil-Fisk interaction. Albeit on the phone, but it was nonetheless entertaining. Kingpin is Daredevils Joker, so to see this dynamic on screen done well is really fulfilling. Of course in typical Daredevil form, we got a different way of telling the episodes story. This episode we got an entire episode with Daredevil in a warehouse with his foes. I thought that was a really cool way of changing up the storytelling.

As I mistakingly thought last episode, Daredevil was not going to be arrested. I underestimated the scum of Hell's Kitchen in that even the cops are rotten. In fact even the one good cop this episode turned out to be an idiot, almost getting himself killed. It almost gets me thinking about how much Daredevil needs some help. I realize he doesn't know the Avengers (yet), but he needs some sort of help here. I will say I thought everything with Vladimir was handled really well. We have seen how despicable the man can be, but I thought his character was sort of redeemed throughout the episode.

We then got our first interaction between Claire and Karen and Foggy. I would presume that these characters will come to know each other more and more as the show goes on, but it was cool to see them cross paths. Of course, the craziness began in the latter half when Fisk ordered cops to be sniped because Daredevil didn't comply. It had such a Batman vibe with the death count starting to rack up on Daredevil's watch. Fisk pays the cops to keep quiet on certain things, so it was pretty terrifying to see cops execute other cops just to ensure everything stay peachy keen. But it also became clear that there is a past relationship between Fisk and Urich. When Fisk was informed that Urich was on scene, he flinched a little bit. I'm intrigued to see how they explain the relationship should they decide to do so.

+Entertaining throughout, even in one warehouse

+Character interactions drama and dialogue were impeccable

+Karen meets Claire

+Vladimir's sort of redemption
