You'll either like the take of the movie or you won't. It tries (and I think succeeds) in being as funny as it can. Of course this is not the best movie ever or anything close to a Jet Li fan favorite, but it's still more than decent. The jokes are OK (if a bit "easy" to put it mildly), the same can be said about the action choreography, which is also very nice.
You will be able to tell, if you like the movie early on. Can you laugh about what's happening on screen? Do you think it's funny? Then go for it and watch it through, but if you don't like it, don't bother watching it (maybe watch the trailer, good indicator too). Humor is in the eye of the beholder ... which is true once again in this case
