Acting is decent, Jake Johnson has great enthusiasm for a decent-goofy character. Damon Wayans Jr makes the most out of a badly written character.
This felt like a shitty rip-off/spin-off of super-bad's befriending a cop.
The plot line is god awful from start to finish. I struggled to finish it. Damon Wayans character almost getting laid had potential to make this movie at least a three star.
*****SPOILER******* When they meet up with other cops for a break-in at the hardware store, it felt like the movie might improve. Cheap humor did not save this movie.
The sudo-mafia bullshit was terrible and unoriginal. There was a lot they could of done with movie and the ruined every chance.
