4Real (2007–2008)
10/10
Inspring, engaging, brilliant
27 June 2014
In 4Real, celebrities dig into some of the world's most serious problems. But this reality-themed show isn't all doom and gloom, because every episode captures beacons of hope and real, positive change. The activists in this show are making a world of difference. This is about real problems and real solutions. It's fun, galvanizing, informative, and filled with grounded hope.

I loved seeing how Joaquin Phoenix went to the rainforest to learn from tribal shamans, Mos Def went to Brazil to hook up with the nation's #1 rap artist in inspiring the youth, MIA traveled to Liberia to connect with brilliant youth leader Kimmie Weeks, Hip hop star K'naan traveled to Kenya's Kibera, the largest slum in East Africa where he connected with local hero, Salim Mohamed, and so much more. The inspiration just keeps on rolling.
