We went and saw the Night at the Museum premier yesterday in Tampere, Finland. The action in the museum was non stop. It didn't drag and it was interesting. Amy Adams as Amelia Earhart looked great in her flight pants. The action was non-stop. One good aspect was that it t was completely clean, for example no fart jokes or weird adult humor that pretty much ruins it for kids and makes the parents feel uncomfortable when it is on the screen. It was age limit 11 which means 9 with a parent in Finland. This was probably because of violence when they are chasing each other through the museum and some of the characters which appear briefly in the movie which real little ones may fin scary – but no where near as scary as Valdmort in Harry Potter. It featured many technical aspects of the Smithsonian so in addition to being entertaining, people go away with the take-away of learning something new. Great film! Go see it with the kids or with yourself.
