I like Mark Dacascos from Cradle to the Grave, but he was so much better in that movie. here is is just another emotionless grunt with some hoo yahs.
The fact that there are no memorable quotes from this film is indication that there was no memorable dialog. There wasn't much dialog at all. It was just a bunch of shooting and some martial arts (very little).
It actually seemed to be a vehicle for Theresa Randle (Bad Boys, Girl 6) to show how tough she could be. OK, you're tough. Now get some lines that are worth remembering.
