Man, I thought this was such an original series until I watched the TV show, "Profiler"....what a let down! "Fortier" is so similar to "Profiler" that I feel betrayed. You'd have to watch "Profile" to see what I mean. All I can say is that I feel so let down by the sameness...."Fortier" is not original. The opening music sounds the same, the opening of the show looks similar....the least they could have done was give credit where credit is due! The interactions of the characters is similar too. Don't get me wrong: I loved Fortier....but was so surprised to see that it wasn't a great new idea from Quebec at all. Too bad; with all the talent in Quebec, I would think that they could have come up with something more Quebec and less American.
