This film is a total, total (and I mean total) waste of your time and effort. A poor mad max style rip off this has no real good points at all. Poor even after a few beers when I caught this late at night on the UK horror channel. A very bad fore runner to the running man (even the yellow outfits) Poor bad guys and sets that do not look like there from the future but more like an oppressive Butlins. Some good gore moments (such as the nasty style spike trap and the ape man copping by being chopped in half by a sort of JCB tank)but as I said total pants. The ending battle is pure cheap B-movie badness by having the cheek of name checking the mighty H.G.Wells. Go see battle royal instead.
