A sub-par Direct-2-video sequel that doesn't quite satisfy me. Walken isn't the main character so it's not as good as it could be. I watched the first one just days before I saw this one but didn't with the second. I recommend watching the first two before diving into this one. Not bad for free, and if you like Walken, probably not a waste of $3
