The epic grandeur of this mini serie is impressive

This is a marvelous mini series, and I dont think that any 2 hours movie could render this book the way a mini serie does. The quality of the acting, the historical research, the sets and decors will continue to make this mini serie an all times classic. The intensity of the drama is superbly counter balanced by the subtle lightness of the day to day life. I will never think of Monte Cristo without thinking of this mini serie.
