This is an adaptation of the Catherine Cookson novel and stars Jack Davenport ("The Talented Mr. Ripley") and Juliet Aubrey ("Middlemarch"). Jacks plays Robert Bradley, a poor carpenter who falls in love with the daughter (Aubrey) of his affluent employer.
