Xandar, originally a refugee from Eastern Europe, relocated to the United States at a young age. He had the privilege of studying under several distinguished mentors before returning to the film industry following a five-year hiatus (2017-2021). His most recent project as writer and director, 'Worth Fighting For (2021)', has been officially selected by 17 film festivals and has won a total of 14 awards. Additionally, his horror/drama screenplay 'Dear Agony' has been recognized at 20 festivals, securing 17 'Best Screenplay' awards.
Xandar has earned a reputation as a skilled storyteller and script doctor within his community. He notably served as the script doctor for 'A Tale of Earl Gray', which led to the involvement of actors Will Rothhaar ('Battle: Los Angeles') and Amiee Conn ('La La Land'). In the television series 'The Game' by Violent Pink Productions, he provided critical feedback at the table read of Episode One and was instrumental in bringing cinematographer Merlin Showalter ('In the Same Direction: Jeff Pifher & Socrates' Trial') on board. Beyond filmmaking, Xandar spearheaded the indie comic project titled 'Dragon Ball EndTime'.
He is currently the Creative Director of Beyond Logic Entertainment Hub, a script-to-screen production company dedicated to creating compelling narratives across various platforms. Additionally, Xandar is the host of 'The AuthentiX Podcast', a platform that shines a spotlight on the multifaceted world of entertainment, fostering open, diverse, and engaging conversations.
