A home improvement show with a twist!

Leave it to Bryan is a novel twist on home renovation shows. People show Bryan three areas of their home that they would like renovated, provide a budget, and then leave the decision making up to Bryan!

The home owners are sometimes (slightly) disappointed that he didn't choose "their" choice, however his decision making process always provides them with what is actually best for them. After they see the final result they completely change their minds and realize that he really did make the right choice for their needs and budget.

He makes sure the job is done right and all of the details behind the scenes are taken care of.

I'd recommend watching this. It is one of those shows that brings the reality of the decision making processes to the forefront, which isn't always common in a home renovation show.

Bryan takes a home renovation show and adds a new twist to get away from the other mundane shows. He adds sarcasm and "dad" jokes to keep the show light and entertaining. Sometimes with some doubt and resentment from the homeowners, he always picks the right room and wins them over with a great design and decor. This show is very interesting and funny which makes it my favourite HGTV show.

If you own a home, watch this show. If you have dreams of renovating, don't -- until you've watched this show. You will learn many many things to be prepared for and things to consider before choosing a new design. Homeowners must relinquish their house, their budget, and the design choices to Bryan. Bryan expertly finds the biggest problems and fixes everything correctly while teaching along the way. You learn by watching other innocent home owners overcome the unknown challenges that obstruct renovation. After a few shows, you'll know what a rough-in is, what egress is, and why R20 is better.
