Even young kids growing up watching Ice Age recognised immediately that the voices were not the same as all the previous movies.
Ray, Dennis and the others have very very distinct voices and irrelevant of how good the replacement actors are, it take something away from the essence of the characters and the movie. New viewers may enjoy it, but this was a little dull and flat, like the air taken out of my football.
