Mighty Max (1993–1995)

Just discovered this on Youtube, Wished there was a Series Finale, Time for a Reboot!
4 December 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Did not know why I missed this as a college kid briefly in the mid 90's. Max is just a kid that wants to be normal and have fun but gets a cap saying he is the last cap bearer and in the Mighty One who is choosen to save the world from the main antagonist Skullmaster played by the great Tim Curry

Rob Paulsen an adult does a great job voicing a teen. Slowly yet surely he begins to take his responsibilities more seriously and still tried to balance between being a kid and saving the world. Doing the saving and sometimes being saved.

The late great Tony Jay as the pompous, grouchy but sympathetic Fowl not Chicken as it is a running gag playing the straight man to Max a 10,000 last of his kind that knows everything except does not swim or fly

Richard Moll of Night Court as the viking of a few words but the muscle and bodyguard of the choosen one, Norman also 10,000 years old with a fear of spiders but he is beyond daring and does not mind Max's carefree ways unlike Virgl the fowl.

Still need a better series finale and that the censors darn it did not give the show a proper send off. But at times wished that Max could had sat down and have reached a compromise with Norman and Virgil in particular the latter. As really despite being a fun loving kid reluctantly saving the world. All three needed to come off and balance between having a normal life and saving the world. He was just a kid. But in Norman and Virgil's view, should had taken that into consideration as a kid who was despite being choosen, needed to balance those ways. In working those out. It is time for a reboot!
