Forget about watching this film to see sam shepard and diane keaton ... diane lane and robert patrick are the real reason ... keaton plays the same role she always does and shepard is a knothead ... its way too long with all the flashbacks to lay the groundwork ... more steamy passion like their children in the theater would have been good
