I wanted this to be good. The moment I started watching, I knew it would not be good. The acting felt very cheesy, like everyone was over acting and trying to be funny. The portrait of the female detective being drawn in my head at the beginning is that she is unorganized, unhealthy, and not together at all. The detectives show up at a place where they show a badge to get in, but when they get in they pretend to be undercover, like no one knew they were police officers. It really made no sense. I kept watching hoping it would get better and it just got worse. I found myself laughing at how horrible the writing and acting was. At points I swore I was watching a very bad play with people that have never acted a day in their life. I felt like the show was trying to be a version of Psych or Colombo. I really disliked the show and will not be surprised when it is canceled.
