Review of Blind Vision

Blind Vision (1992)
fairly standard psychological thriller
10 August 2002
William Dalton is an insignificant mail-room employee by day, and by night spends his time with his camera and telephoto lens spying on Leanne, who lives in the apartment opposite, and who just happens to be a secretary in his office block. He has built an entire fantasy world around her, and is horrified when he sees her making love to Greg, another employee of the company, one evening in her apartment. As Greg leaves he is murdered and his wallet is stolen. A few days later, William gives Leanne a lift home, and she subsequently brings a birthday cake from the office for him. He is not there, so his landlady lets her in. She sees the camera pointing in her windows and she finds Greg's wallet in a drawer.

So, is he just a sad loser living in a fantasy world? ... or is he a dangerous killer?

Closing credits indicate the film's release was 1990, not 1992.
