First film was wonderful, full of humors, funny, hilarious. But then you crushed everything with the 2nd one.
But hey! Cheers, you made Madagascar 3 the way you made it. Madagascar 3 is wonderful, full of humors, funny, hilarious (once again on the track). I personally think that The Penguins, The Chimps, King Julian and his Minions should be given more space in your next movie and I think you should have done that in all previous 2. I mean they are there but its not enough. They are the bunch I like 'Madagascar' for, besides of course our 4 Heroes. Stay away from long negative character's roles in Madagascar and fill your movie with hilarious characters like The Penguins, The Chimps, King Julian and his Minions etc. That's the reason that I liked first film and thats the reason I never liked 2nd one. Because there wasn't any bad or negative character filling the whole movie in Madagascar (1st one ) but there was that psycho 'nanny' in the 'Madagascar 2' that ruined everything. Remember we watch Madagascar for fun, not for some 'psycho nanny'. The guys like The Penguins, The Chimps, King Julian and his Minions and our four heroes are fun. You tried to repeat that whole thing with that crazy, psycho 'captain dubois' in 3rd but luckily the hilarious characters and the whole circus thing saved you or this might have been another garbage like the 2nd one. So next time stay away from such negative characters in Madagascar.......I really really wished that you never had 'captain dubois' in Madagascar 3. To make Alex and the team run for their freedom and lives, only the normal police with no special characters would have been more fun and I would have kept the 'Madagascar 3' as a masterpiece..........There was no need for the psycho nanny in Madagascar 2 and there was no need for the psycho captain dubois in Madagascar 3( a bunch of normal cops and other law officials would have been sufficient or a fuuny character should have been more fun than the psycho captain dubois)......More emphasis should have been on 'The Circus' and the problems, triumphs and lives of our 4 heroes and The Circus members....... The 'captain dubois' character was a Big Turn Off and unnecessary. Mark my words and don't do this next time. But enough advice, let's talk about the experience. I was not sure after the 2nd movie but thanks my guts I gathered my courage to watch the Madagascar 3. Although when I sensed captain dubois's character it turned me off and I was about to loose hope but then came 'The Circus'. If not for the circus thing I might have given this movie a 1 the lowest possible. And if 'captain dubois' hadn't shown up in the whole movie (and of course no such other psycho, negative character) I definitely have rated it a perfect 10. I personally took the risk to watch Madagascar 3 because of The Penguins, The Chimps, King Julian and his Minions. Anything to watch and hear them :). The Circus thing was hilarious and it saved the movie.
The smart, inteligently funny Penguins, The Hilarius Chimps, And the romantic King Julian were at their best in the movie. I love them. The whole circus thing rediscovered the fun, adventurous sides of our 4 heroes and discovered there new abilities. Fun to watch them. I am waiting for another adventure with 'The Whole Circus' (i.e. our 4 heroes and the circus team members).
