Good episode that is more focused on humor.
11 November 2017
"Don't Forget The Motor City" is one of the series funnier and more lighthearted episodes and it focuses on a bunch of gremlins causing mischief at the auto plant, I also loved the humor and the banters among the team as well as the gremlins, while not exactly a classic episode I rank "Don't Forget The Motor City" in the upper middle category of the Real Ghostbusters episodes.

The Real Ghostbusters: Ragnarok and Roll (1987)
Season 2, Episode 3

Intensely well done episode
11 November 2017
This episode is about a young man Jeremy who is brokenhearted over Cindy not wanting to marry him because she had a career to establish and he is so hurt that he is trying to find a way to end the world, the animation was superb and I like how it balances the humor, drama and suspense that the episode has to offer, I also loved the chemistry between Ditillio and Jeremy and the scene with the guy holding the "Repent Now" sign and what Peter does to him is hilarious.

I can see why this episode is ranked among a favorite by many and it definitely deserves to be up there.

The Real Ghostbusters: The Old College Spirit (1987)
Season 2, Episode 55
3/10
One of my least favorite episodes.
11 November 2017
This episode is about a bunch of ghosts who were expelled from college and they were coming back to haunt the college and get a fraternity in trouble, the Ghostbusters were out there helping the fraternity to avoid getting expelled and to help clear them out, overall I've thought this was a very lame episode, the jokes, humor wasn't very good and the animation was also lackluster like many of the late syndicated episodes had, avoid unless if you're a fan.

Good episode
11 November 2017
"Bustman's Holiday" is another I would rank on the middle of the good side, it's not particularly a great episode but it is definitely fun to watch, the humor and suspense worked well in this episode and I loved the chemistry between the Ghostbusters, of the Ghostbusters episodes I would rank this in the upper middle tier.

Fun episode to watch if you're a Janine fan.
11 November 2017
I've thought Janine really rocked as a Ghostbuster and her becoming a hero at the end of the episode, I also loved the scenes with Slimer in the Containment Unit, Janine becoming a Ghostbuster, her rescuing the guys who were kidnapped by Proteus the God and the Ghostbusters fighting off the other ghosts, definitely one of the better episodes of the Series, definitely recommended if you're a Janine fan.

The Real Ghostbusters: Hanging by a Thread (1987)
Season 2, Episode 64

Poorly animated episode with lots of slow scenes
11 November 2017
I've thought the animation in this episode was poor and there were a lot of long, drawn out scenes which ruined the episode, it also seemed like they weren't putting their hearts out with the animation in this episode, the only scenes I've liked was the Garment District scene where the demons first arrive there and the scenes with Charon who helped the Ghostbusters, I also thought the Lord of the Stench's little sidekick was annoying.

Most of the syndication episodes ranged from very good to great but this episode overall was a poorly made episode.

fun episode despite mediocre animation
11 November 2017
While the animation wasn't one of the best I did enjoy the jokes, TV references and the team working together to fight off the ghosts, for the main villain I've thought he came across rather comical than scary, the best moments was when Woodchuck (a parody of Beaver from "Leave It To Beaver") comes out of the TV, Winston asking Janine where she won the TV at, the Star Patrol (a parody of Star Trek) characters gathering up, the Big Boo (the main villain) transforming from a clown to a Grimace like character and Winston saying "WBOO the Big Boo is off the air", overall I've thought these moments made the episode a lot better than what really is.

The Real Ghostbusters: The Devil to Pay (1987)
Season 2, Episode 49

Classic episode (another one of my Top 10 favorite episodes)
11 November 2017
The Ghostbusters go on a game show that is run by a minor demon and I loved how they go through great lengths to get their souls saved and them going through so many difficult situations to survive, the animation was also top notch and the pacing was great, this episode has a lot of humor, suspense, dramatic situations and great chemistry among the team, this episode is also one of the several where Janine and Slimer were absent.

Another strong episode in the series
11 November 2017
I always felt "You Can't Take It With You" was one of the more underrated episodes of the series, I've thought the story & animation was great, it had a lot of humor and suspense and I've thought it was great seeing Egon becoming envious of Mr. Tummell's (the main villain's) lab, this is also one of the several episodes where Slimer and Janine were absent from, the ending on the other hand was a tad disappointing but it was one of the more moralistic episodes.

I also thought "Holy Heisenberg" was one of Egon's best lines.

One of my Top 10 favorite episodes.
11 November 2017
"The Man Who Never Reached Home" is definitely one of the series best episodes and definitely one of the more serious, emotional episodes of the series, I really liked seeing the Ghostbusters helping out someone who was a really difficult person (although he is really a ghost) and the animation was top notch (especially in the outdoor scenes with the rain falling), while the episode may not had as much humor as the other episodes but the suspense and superb animation definitely made up for it and it also had one of the best endings of the series.

"Yo wonderbread! Follow this if you can"
9 December 2014
"Underground Aces" had some good moments but there were some scenes that went on too long and some of the acting in the movie was second rate, fortunately the good moments outweigh the scenes that dragged and there were some good performances by Dirk Benedict, Melanie Griffith (before she became a household name), Robert Hegyes, Jerry Orbach and Frank Gorshin, some of my favorite moments of this movie includes them driving erratically in the hotel parking lot, bowling balls falling out of the back of a car, them reassembling a car at a fast pace, the Blitz night scene and the finale scene (won't give that away), this movie is similar to the better known "Car Wash" but they have parking lot attendants instead of car washing attendants, overall I give this movie a 6/10

why do people hate this short so much?
14 October 2013
I don't understand why people are so hard on this short, I actually thought this was one of the better Stooge shorts featuring Joe Besser, the short had a good cast (Emil Sitka, Phillip Van Zandt, Gene Roth, Harriette Tarler), a decent script and some funny moments such as the dinner table scene, them freeing Emil Sitka's character, Larry & Joe being scared of the zombie while Moe thought they were playing charades and Larry accidentally hitting Moe in the head with a hammer and then Moe rubbing a wooden sander on Larry's head, watch Larry's facial reactions to him getting his head rubbed by a wooden sander! IMO that scene is up there with some of the best moments in Stooge history.

The short may be a little slow in parts but it does have some funny moments, this short is far more deserving than just 1 out of 10 stars, I give this short a 6 out of 10.

One of the best Pink Panther shorts ever made
2 September 2006
Man oh man this episode gets funnier every time I watch it and I love it how the Pink Panther keeps on painting the house pink while the guy was trying to paint the house blue, this episode is timeless and I consider it one of the best cartoon episodes ever made in television history! I love the moments where the Pink Panther pours pink paint in the man's gun and the man ended up shooting paint at the Pink Panther, it's no surprise that this episode won an academy award for the short subject and it was the first time the studio won an Oscar with its first cartoon release, WAY TO GO!!!

While I consider the Pink Panther shorts from 1964-68 to be the Golden Years this episode is on par with the best shorts of the Golden Years, the 1969-72 was also a really good era for the Pink Panther shorts but not quite in the same league as the episodes from 1964-68, the 1974-76 Pink Panther were a hit and miss for me and the 1977-80 shorts was where they really hit rock bottom, many of the shorts from 1977-80 were mediocre at best and the music seemed to be too fast and the gags weren't as well timed.

Not as good as the original Friday but alot better than Next Friday
19 July 2004
When I've seen this movie in the theaters and I wasn't expecting it to be that good cause I didn't really like Next Friday that much but I do love the original Friday alot, but to my surprise this movie is surprisingly good compared to what I thought it would be, even almost as good as the original Friday, I think that they did a good job with the characters in this movie than Next Friday cause Katt Williams is hilarious as Money Mike and the guy who played Mully was hilarious as well, the movie moves at a faster pace than Next Friday also although the script isn't that great, the actors who played Damon and Santa Claus were hilarious as well, I give this movie an 8 out of 10 stars.

One of the best Road Runner/Coyote episodes
17 November 2003
Although it's been years since I've seen this episode but it was one of my alltime favorites and I'll do anything to see this episode again due to it becoming harder to get by, I always favored the RoadRunner/Wile E. Coyote of the 60's rather than the 50's due to better animation.

The Simpsons (1989– )
Classic animated sitcom from the beginning
8 October 2003
I'll never forget watching Simpsons when I was like 10 maybe 11 years old and they were hilarious, The earlier episodes focused on Bart's mischeivious behavior but around the third season was when they started to focus a little more on Homer and the show got a little better, but unfortunately around season 8 was when The Simpsons were starting to get a little stale and I wish that they haven't got rid of Dr. Marvin Monroe, Lionel Hutz and Troy McClure (the latter two voiced by Phil Hartman) overall I give the first 7 seasons 10-10 and the remaining seasons 6-10.

Movie is okay but Tara Reid is so ADORABLE!!!
7 September 2003
I thought that the movie was only alright but the movie is worth watching for Tara Reid's performance as Melody Valentine is so cute as the ditsy girl, so cute that she sounds like this one girl that I used to have a crush on back in high school and afterwards. But anyways the movie as a whole is only fairly good, just not that great.

If you loved the cartoon then you should give this movie a try, I give this movie a 6.5 out of 10.

Different but a great stooge short
20 August 2003
I'll never forget the first time when I watch this stooge short when I was like 13 or 14 on TBS and that was the only time that I've ever seen this short on television and unfortunately they didn't play this short on Family Channel or AMC but to say the least, I have this short on tape.

The boys are discharged from the army and their father tells the boys that they'll be working on a farm and they buy the farm for $1000 and their car (which is a piece of junk) and the same thing goes to the farm and the only livestock they got is a bird and a ostrich, there's a funny scene when Curly steps on a loose board and it hits Moe right in the face, later on the guy they bought the farm is stopped by the police to tell them that a bunch of Japs escaped from a relocation center and after the cop is done talking to him, the car wouldn't start and he actually mutters 'b@$!ard' (a cuss word on a 1940's stooge short).

Then the stooges witness an ostrich eating blasting powder and Curly tears up the feathers and starts a fan dance and later on they start cleaning out the pumpkins and the Japs show and they put their heads inside of a pumpkin, SICK!! And the stooges blow up the Japanese with the ostrichs egg which had blasting powder in it.

I don't understand that why people come down really hard on this short, I actually think that this is one of the best stooge shorts of all time, I also can't believe that one viewer stated that he likes the awful Joe Besser short Sweet and Hot (which I believe was their worst short) better than this stooge classic.

I give this short 9/10.

One of the weaker shorts with Curly
20 August 2003
I think that this short was the beginning of the decline for stooge director/writer Del Lord, who had a string of classic stooge shorts like A Plumbing We Will Go, Hoi Polloi, Cash and Carry, No Census No Feeling, Cactus Makes Perfect, They Stooge to Conga and Higher Than a Kite but his writing skills is mediocre at best, and I actually think that this was also the first stooge short which Hugh McCollum started producing on his own.

The boys appear to be doctors but they are janitors working the night shift and there's a funny scene when Curly swallows a goldfish and Moe and Larry try to catch the fish with a fishing pole and when one of the bad guys gets shot and they make the stooges operate and they wounded bad guy falls outside the window and the bad guys flee only to get caught at the end of the short.

The first half is hilarious but the second half loses its steam and I think that this short is one of Top 20 worst stooge shorts with Curly in it.

Good movie but not in the classic mode
30 July 2003
I'll never forget when I watched this movie a few times back in 1995 and I thought that it was a good movie but Kristy McNichol does a great job as Angel Bright who is a street tough girl, Tatum O'Neal does a good job but it seems to me that her career was in decline around this time due to drug addiction.

If you ever watch this movie, don't watch it for the storyline, watch it for the girls and did you know that Kristy McNichol was originally going to be in Bad News Bears (1976) but Tatum O'Neal got the role instead.

Behind the Music (1997–2021)
Great Show
27 July 2003
I think that Behind the Music is such a great show, it focuses on the lives of famous rock bands that made it big and fell apart, I've watched episodes of bands like Foreigner, Journey, Aerosmith (one of my favorites), Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Quiet Riot and a few more and I would like for them to do such bands/singers like Ronnie James Dio, Ritchie Blackmore of Deep Purple/Rainbow or maybe Axe.

Highly Dissapointing
26 July 2003
I was excited to they're going to make a movie about heavy metal violence but I did not enjoy this movie at all, while it was slightly a bit enjoyable, overall I was highly dissapointed in it, I wish that they would focus more on the metal bands than the government.

1/10, the only reason why I give it a 1 instead of a 0 is cause it had some slightly enjoyable parts.

Not that great
21 July 2003
I actually heard alot of good things about this movie and I wanted to see it for myself and I was actually dissapointed in how it turned out, since that i'm attracted to Mira Sorvino and also that those girls reminds me of the cheerleaders that I used to hang out with at high school, that's what saves this movie from being a total failure, I would occasionally watch this movie when it comes on television but I wouldn't go as far as renting or buying it.

Not one of the funnier shorts
20 July 2003
I remember that in my teens that this was one of my favorite shorts but when I watched this short again recently, I thought that the short was good but not a classic, it does have its highs and lows, the highs was Curly seemed to be in decent health in this short and the ending was a hoot, the lows was Moe's wraths were pretty limited (cause half the times Moe would just not do anything to Larry and Curly) and the plot was pretty weak, overall it's one of the better shorts from Curly's decline period but it falls short of most of the early 1940's stooge shorts. 7/10 (would've been 5/10 if this was a Shemp short).

Gone Fishin' (1997)
Good clean fun comedy
16 July 2003
Gone Fishin' is a very good movie and it does not deserve to be in the Top 100 worst movies, it's one of the better comedies during the past 10 years and it seems to be scarce to find good comedies that doesn't contain little or no language or sexual innuendo cause that's what people seem to watch these days, the subplot with killer Dekker Massey keeps the movie rolling and while some parts seem to drag a bit, it's a good way to pass an hour and a half with family and friends. 8/10
