I bloody love this show.
Killjoys has always pushed the envelope when it comes to storytelling, weird sci-fi nonsense, fight scenes, sex, and green goo-filled aliens. I guess they weren't done yet because this episode started off brilliantly...
...with Johnny dancing around in his pajamas, caressing the ship.
This episode is just one of the many episodes that should convince people that Killjoys can tell a serious story of love, family, and loss, without taking itself all that seriously. They struck an absolutely perfect balance as always.
