Short and sweet , Billions has started off superbly. The sharp dialogue and even sharper acting are all on display in the season 4 opener. Chuck is working his way back up the ladder of the powerful in NYC, and Axe is fighting Taylor and her new found success . Very entertaining start to what I will go out on a ledge and say will most likely be another fantastic season of Billions. It's on like Shaka Khan !!!

Best T.V. show on the air right now. Cast, acting, lines and everything was perfect again this episode. This show started awesome and never reduced the quality since then. With this episode, it made certain that we will watch a gorgeous season again, respect for it!
2nd Best Show after GOT

This show is really like fine wine, sipped slowly. The script is sharp, witty and the players are cunningly trying to put leverage every one to get to their desired agenda. Keep it up people...after GOT you guys are dynamite!
As Good As It Gets

Warning: Spoilers
Billions was always a very, very good show, with great cast chemistry, solid scripting and pacing that never let's go. This season has taking things to an even higher level with Chuck and Bobby as partners in "grey," and the mutant, Taylor, their nemesis. It was interesting seeing Bobby in a vulnerable position for the first time, only to be resurrected by the ineffable Wags. And the scene in front of Sharks Steakhouse with Chuck and the PC reenacting the Gotti shooting was a hoot. Can't wait for the next episode.

Absolutely pitiful

Everything from the directing, put together like a last minute high school paper, to the editing, GOD the editing, filled with lazy cuts and a flow that would make even the most seasoned seamen seasick, to the half-assed writing that resembled that of a daytime soapoparah, all came together so incredibly bad that I felt I had to write a review for the first time. And for the record, I love Billions, but man was this bad. This just adds fuel to the fire of Showtime's reputation of continuing to come up short on shows that should be good. For years, Showtime has pumped out content that has all the ingredients to be good, but for some reason, something is always off. Even if a show has a few good seasons, they always figure out a way to screw it up with a few more bad ones. And once again Showtime will get away with it because similar to Bohemian Rhapsody, people's nostalgia for the band and in this case the first three seasons of the show, will get in the way of what a train-wreak it really was....
Becoming the Dallas of Millenium

Just 15 minutes in I managed to hang in there past the raucous Ace of Spades, gratuitous swearing and coke snorting scenes to get the gist of the new scenarios being set up for this series. Somebody else said it too - it has now become a parody of itself. I absolutely loved Billions, up until now, before this over acted drama fest - you can almost see the actors are struggling to take their lines seriously as they speak them. I haven't taken the time to see who wrote this first episode of the new season joke fest. Avoid this if, like me, you have it being recorded on your DVR/PVR. You won't then be sorely disappointed to see what it has become, trying to be hip and cutting edge - failing miserably and losing it's charm, intricacy and suspense. Such a shame
