The season started off okay with a lack of direction, but at least a funny episode. Last week's episode and now this one do not really have a lot of good lines or even storylines that sense a coherent direction for the season.
Christine and the girls bickering over the reliability of her attendance at a card game was kind of entertaining, but at this point we're over the concept of just laughing at Louie Anderson in this role because it is so weird. We need actual well-written content and thus far we're not getting that.
