I want to watch regular Grey's cast
CarolT226 October 2017
I was disappointed in this episode. I'm not interested in what happened in 2007. That could have been part of the episode, but I am more interested in what will happen with Riggs & Meredith in present time, than Iraq 10 years ago.

It was well written.

Good episode this season.

Not great. Just good enough to watch. It's a nice change of scenery from all the overly repetitive drama occurring at the hospital. This episode made me realize how I HATE this setting. It makes the storylines agonizingly BORING. And to be honest, characters in this episode are miles more interesting and likable than this season regulars. It's a shame they have to leave, or aren't back yet. That being said, they are better off all the annoyance from that Grey Sloan Memorial hospital. So, good for them.

A Happy Life for Megan
ZegMaarJus15 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This Episode begins with Owen, he is in Iraq during a military mission. Megan is moving to Los Angeles today, Owen will miss his sister. Nathan asked Megan to marry with him, she said yes. Nathan will also move to Los Angeles, together with Megan. Owen and Megan are on a road trip to Los Angeles together. Megan tells Owen that she cheated on Nathan first. Owen and Amelia decided to get divorced. Solid Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 14, this was a kind of spin-off Episode that is did not like at all. Bring me some good Episodes, this is just to end the story of Nathan and Megan. They are happy together!

Kind of boring
catmankellom16 November 2017
It's really kind of ironic how such an intense premise could end so meh. Not a terrible episode by any means just not that interesting. The episode centers around four characters Riggs, Teddy, Owen and Megan. If you like those four characters you will like this episode. I'll admit, the Riggs moments were kind of cute but geez that Megan girl could not have been more annoying.

Lukewarm episode
moderator-862-91474517 March 2019
I was confused from the beginning of this episode. It flips back and forth from Iraq to the present day and it's hard to know what new point they're making. It just seems like a tepid load of whatever. Why is Nathan suddenly off to LA with Owen's sister, when was that arranged, did I miss something? It was all going well after a fine end to Series 13, then a strong beginning for 14. What's all this waffle about Iraq for? Are the writers trying to be MASH? Well, it doesn't work. Seriously, I hope things improve with less virtue-signalling and time-wasting and they can get to some of their more interesting storylines again.

Owen Hunt - why I hate him
jehan-addels27 February 2023
This is the episode that solidified the genuine loathing I have for Owen Hunt.

Chauvinistic, self-righteous, sexist, overbearing grade A ass.

His determination to tell everyone else how to live their lives; his willingness to destroy someone else's life because he's the all-important big brother who always know better; the sheer effrontery of his determination to be right and make everyone else wrong....

Had I been Megan, I wouldn't have thrown him out of the car, I would have dumped him in the sea.

That said, getting to the complex truth behind Megan's disappearance was welcome.

And I am happy to see that Farouk's problems with assimilation were noted and clarified.
