'Ladyfingers' feels like a break from the overall case to focus on the Cheryl ransom, which stalls the momentum. For the small bits of amusement here and there and the memorable use of Eugene Mirman, it also can't shake that wheel-spinning feel. Then there's that Nazi horror-movie weirdness. It's funny in parts, but somewhat disappointing in the grand scheme of things.
