The Rose Family just shine

I have seen this episode so many times and one of my favorite. I mostly love how Moira finds a way to show her love to Alexis and does indeed make her daughter's needs a priority. David and Patrick are finally an item and Mr. Rose is hysterically happy about the motel's accomplishment. And Alexis and Ted do adore each other.

Just a delightful episode. Catherine O Hara just gets better. The writing is superior.

This show nails heart & finales

This show is tremendous. I don't know what stopped me from watching for so long but I've been binge watching & they really nail the humour & heart. The writing is top class & they absolutely nail finales. Season 2 finale was one of the best of the series & this one hits in the heart yet again. It's so nice to see David & Patrick finally share a moment that had been building throughout. Seeing Moira show up & show her love for Alexis without having to use words was beautiful, seeing the smile on Alexis face at graduation was pure. I'm so glad Ted showed up for her too, what a tremendous character he is! Johnny & Roland at the hotel gives some great laughs to the episode & of course the final scene hits both humour & heart. Just another all round amazing episode.

Nice Season Ender

This all centers around Alexis's graduation from high school. It is also David's birthday, but Johnny and Moira have forgotten both. There is a cool scene where Alexis tells Ted about her graduation and that she will be quitting at the end of the day. David and Patrick answer some questions. There is a very touching graduation ceremony.

Terrific finale

Love that for a bit of this, part of it is about a parents failure to their children and their partners and other people being able to show them the love they deserve

And how the second half is the parents, finally getting a second chance, trying to do what they previously didn't.

Freaking great. AND DAVID AND PATRICK WENT ON A DATE?????? YESSSIRRRRRRR.

Graduation and Birthday

The high school graduation is coming up. Moira comments how funny it will look as Alexis is ten years older.

Alexis is surprised to learn there are way more qualified people dropping off their resumes. Ted clearly still likes her and is happy to learn she genuinely found some of his jokes funny.

Alexis gets ready wearing her robe and shoes. She looks stunning. Alexis is approached by Ted who came and took photos. Moira sings beautifully at the graduation.

Back at the motel Alexis wears a cute black dress with little white dots. Moira and Johnny come out with a cake for their kids.
