The movie was slow. It could've been shorter and it could've been much more intensified. The movie provides more screen time to some scenes which ultimately make it a slow paced movie. Also the action scenes are quite similar in a lot of way. The whole movie was very predictable. I was able to see the future of the movie the whole time. There was nothing new in the script and it was all very mediocre. The only positive to take from the movie is the acting of the leads and it's humor.

Watch it for Nischal Basnet

First of all, if you haven't watched this movie, you got to watch it first. Loot was a pace changing movie we ever witnessed in Nepali cinema history. It gave us such many versatile actors who continued on giving their independent hits even after this movie. Comparing the sequel with its prequel, well it couldn't even reach to it's middle. But still I recommend it to be a fun movie to watch.
Although the movie has some predictable twists and slow pace drama- comedy, it also has a glare of it's own. Some parts are even better than the first one and some part make you feel, it could be better. (I was impressed by the fight scene at the under constructing building followed by the rainy ditch). The performance by the actor is good, but some dialogues were fast and inaudible. The background score manipulated some of the important dialogues thus manipulating the humor.
Saugat Malla, is as usual outstanding and unbeatable. Dayang was funny but I felt some flaws compared to the first Dayang. Karma was on his best, I loved him. His intense look and mesmerizing style gave me feel back of loot 1. Bipin karki is good, and Alisha Rai was good at dancing. Acting felt a bit itchy on her. Suspense was not so good and easily predictable. Cinematography was good and Thumbs up for the director Nischal Basnet.
Hope, this movie creates a better outcome and takes the pace of Nepali Cinema in New level. This is an average movie with some brilliant performance and outstanding direction.

First of all, if you are a fan of Nepali movies and like old Nepali action flicks ,you might like this one. But, if you watch foreign movies and prefer them over Nepali movies, trust me you are going to hate this. I didn't really want to watch this movie but my friends took me. I just watched this movie, and I don't know how I got through it. The first one had a good pace, good dialogue, and questionable cinematography. This one has a stupid story, absolutely ridiculously bad pacing, Bad cinematography, bad dialogues. I have to say this one though, the acting from a few actors was good. And that is the only good I can say about the movie, it is clear that they went and made a movie without a good story just for money because the first one made a lot of it. If you want to see a good action movie go watch John Wick 2.if you want to watch a good comity go watch the Lego Batman movie. And if you are going to see this movie anyway,, don't say I didn't warn you.

I have watched most of the Nepalese movies. I love some but most of them are cheaply made. I mean quality.But when I saw this movie I thought just like any Hollywood movie.I am hundred percent satisfied after watching. Nischal basnet is a talented director and he is doing better day by day. Now I wait for Loot 3.

I was turned towards the first movie by my brother. He was going ape sh*t over the first movie, and since I made him watch 'Taxi Driver'. It was only fair that I watched it, and to tell you the truth-I liked it. It was fast, funny and thoughtful, and the characters were interesting. The movie was filled with memorable lines and fast dialogues, and I had a blast!
But this one, after almost 5 years' gap, comes out and it cannot help but feel like a cash in of all the goodwill the first movie earned. It is slow and i can't remember one stand out moment in all of it's run time. There is just whole lot of running going on and the characters which were interesting the first time around, just feel like weak caricatures of their characters.
A movie which has earned it's place in the history of Nepali cinema. A movie which was such a game changer for Nepali cinema. A movie which captured the zeitgeist of that time deserved a better follow up.

Everything was fantastic but the camera was tooooooo shaky

First the acting done by the actor is fantastic such as Saugat Malla did a awesome job in the acting along with dayahang rai, bipin karki and alisha rai but the camera starts to get shaky when a epic scene or normal fight began why it ruined the film and my experience but everything was perfect.
It offer nothing new!!

Build on the base of huge hit loot this one just doesn't offer anything new. After watching the movie you feel like director just took you granted. The no of actors make it a crowded fish market where ever one just seems like going on their own way. Its a big disappointment watch it in your own risk.

I saw the first Loot and didn't know what to expect when i watched it at a friend's house. I watched it and thought it was one of the funniest movies I have ever seen in the context of Nepal. when i heard that they were making Loot 2 I couldn't wait until it came out. One of the famous movies in Nepal. A lot of comedy in this movie, which makes this movie so entertaining, from the beginning to the end. Every things in this movie is really perfect, so i love this movie. the movie dialog is really fantastic. I will give 10 star out of 10.

Loot 1 was the best of all. Slow movie with no real story till the end. Yet, Loot 2 could not meet my expectation. Not at all a good movie. As stated by this news (http://www.thahakhabar.com/news/10926), they earned well and are hoping to release the third part too. For sure coming with another release will fail to lure audience; the movie will end up as a flop movie.
