The shirtless men who shower is perhaps a spoof of those films with women who shower, but overall the production failed to carry through any such satire. The one man was a fake painter. You don't paint the the wall after the trim is finished, it goes the other way around and there was clearly no paint going on the wall from his roller, a poorly staged scene. Armand Petri is an egotist who insists on starring in his own films when he should remain behind the camera and attempt to get at least one scene framed correctly. This is at least the second film where Armand has mentioned the fictional Lovecraft "Miskatonic University" like an infant when they first discover their toes. This is common in films, I prefer the covert diploma on the wall scene, if it must be used. What a real multiple script writer should do is to establish his own fictional university and develop it throughout the multiple films and maybe afterwards make a film involving said fictional university tying in all the films. That would demonstrate some clever writing with a lot of forethought. Aping what others do does not. Acting wasn't that great. I did like the tree and old cemetery.
