- There is a montage of 19th century newspapers regarding the Rosewood Institute and female psychological healthcare. There's several pictures of naked women, showing breasts, buttocks and vaginas ranging from full rear nudity to partial and full frontal nudity.
- We see a woman chained from the ceiling at the wrists who has been stripped to the waist, her breasts are visible.
- Several instances of female breast nudity, a couple of vaginas, and two female butts. No male nudity; however, there is a man in a thong.
- There's a scene where Isabel is chained up, and the back of her gown is opened for her to be beaten (see Violence and Gore for more info). For a brief second, you can see most of her bare butt.
- During a scene where Isabel is whipping another woman (see Violence and Gore for more info), there are several topless women surrounding the woman being beaten. Sometimes you can clearly see the nipples, but for the most part it's pretty obscured.
- There's a scene where two cultists sneak away for the man to feed the woman some sort of feast. Both are wearing very little. The woman's breasts are visible, and the man can be seen in a thong.
- A man sneaks into a party where there are naked women. Most of the nudity is in the form of female breasts, but there's one vagina and butt in there.
- Full frontal and full back nudity of Isabel during a ritual. The scene lasts about 2 minutes.

- Isabel sneaks out of her room after taking her medicine and stumbles across a doctor who is revealed to be the institutes surgeon in the middle of what appears to be surgery though the body is quite badly cut open causing Isabel to run from the room screaming
- Isabel is chained from the ceiling, her gown is opened up in the back, and she's beaten. We see her get beaten and see her reaction to it. There's a brief shot were we see some beating marks just above her bare butt (see more in Sex and Nudity).
- Isabel walks in on a woman chained up by the wrists, the woman is stripped to undergarments then whipped by Isabel. There's pretty nasty gashes in her back as Isabel whips her.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Lucy bursts out of Isabel's wardrobe and pins her to the bed holding a makeshift knife to her throat while raving about demons and being a failure, Lucy also threatens to slit Isabel's throat while pinning her to the bed
