The ups and downs with siblings
tanitoons24 September 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Yet another strong episode that showcases the good and bad about having ten girl siblings.

In the first half Lincoln is trying his best to hide that he's being bullied from his sisters to make sure that they don't meddle. Basically, he's tired of his sisters trying to do a good thing because it always ends up annoying him. I get that siblings might interfere with things you'd rather wish they'd leave alone; but I think it's important to note WHY they're doing it. They're not doing it for the sake of being annoying but rather because they want to help. Unfortunately, this isn't the lesson we're taking away from the episode. Instead, we get the reversed version of the classic "if a guy is mean to you, it only means he likes you" trope. Instead of taking the opportunity to debunk this type of mindset, they regrettably decided to make Lincoln's first love interest a bully. This could possibly be misinterpreted by the audience as saying that bullying is okay as long as your nastiness has a 'positive' motive.

The second half is the strongest one of the two as it emphasizes the importance of asking before you post a picture or a video of another person on social media - and it manages to do this without seeming preachy and while still maintaining the fun.
