In the previous episode, Bullwinkle had whitewashed all the paintings by the great masters. Boris makes an offer, knowing what's under the whitewash. Soon, word gets out that there is value and some top art critics show up with big pocketbooks. Soon Bullwinkle thinks he is a great artist. Fractured Fairy Tales presents "Cutie and the Beast" and Peabody's Improbable History goes to the inception of the "Royal Mounted Police."
