I just can't handle it ... this show shall be forbidden from having a winter break >> just keep them coming weekly, for life ..
Aktham_Tashtush20 November 2015
God i just wanna know how do they write these thing !!! it just keeps on getting more and more thrilling .. there is absolutely no limit for excitement on this show , just when you think they're gonna cover up a murder they "accidentally" stumble upon another.

This level of writing is really unbelievable for a mid-season finale .. the plot of this season where we saw the the body of Emily Sinclair and Annalise is dying on the floor .. well it appeared to be even so much bigger than that .. and the plan of getting away with "murders" this time plotted by Annalise is just sensationally clever and unpredictable.

Of course with a little dressing on top of it as a surprise and new thread for the next 6 episode this season ... and still to figure out what is going to happen with the group .. gosh !!! as much as they exceeded my expectations i really hate them because i gotta wait god knows how many months for this.

And not forgetting the WoWzer acting by the group .. bravo .. their face impressions are just spot on .. you see them there and you just can't help but react with them and their moves.

finally, i really can't express enough how this show started so strong and when the second season came with so much the same idea of events flapping .. they just through a bunch of unexpected surprises where it keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole episode and then leaves you with your mouth wide open at the end.

You Will Not Be Able To Breathe for a Whole Hour!

Throughout the season many questions have been accumulated from both the characters in the show and the viewers. This episode answers most of those questions, but expect for more questions to arise at the end. The numerous twists that occur throughout the episode will leave you breathless and this is what makes this episode incredible and literally breathtaking as every second goes by more revelations are uncovered.

It is also worth commending that the actors/actresses, especially Viola Davis performed with excellence in this episode, accompanied by numerous chilling soundtracks that build great tension and atmosphere really helps make this episode one of the best, if not the best out of the whole series.

Go into this episode knowing that you will come out of it both satisfied yet wanting more. Either way its one hell of a ride.

Astonishing

One weakness that many shows have is that their characters become caricatures. They are one dimensional. Here we have people who act like real people. I'm not saying the plot is real world, but the reactions of the actors are marvelous. The acting really stunning. Viola Davis commands every scene she is in. The events leading up to the conclusion are amazing. There is still a lot of suspense and unanswered questions including the fate of our professor.

Work of art

Warning: Spoilers
Wow. That's all that can be said. Wow. This episode reached a new level of intensity. Pure drama at it's finest, and some of the best acting I've seen. Seriously, the acting specifically by Viola Brown, Jack Falahee as Connor, and Matt McGorry as Asher was award deserving. There were so many different events that happened in this episode, I don't even know how I'd be able to hit all of them. I'll just leave this review by saying, this is why we watch TV. To be entertained, amazed, stunned. That's why this episode is a work of art. Unbelievable. I'm at a loss for words. Wow.

One of the best episodes of any TV show
qwertyuiop4726 November 2015
It's very common for shows to start slipping after the first season. It happened with Lost, The Walking Dead, and tons of other shows, but luckily, this trend does not apply to How To Get Away With Murder. Not only did the second season deliver nine fantastic episodes, it was able to surpass the already fantastic first season in every conceivable way. I wholeheartedly believe this is Shonda Rhimes's best show. It has everything you could ask from a TV show, and it's currently my favorite show currently on television. I don't want to give any spoilers, but this episode was an example of how to make a finale. I can't think of any way how the episode could've turned out better. I wasn't expecting some of the events at all, and the ones that I did expect were executed phenomenally. Easily the best episode of the show so far.

Impressive

I just want to say: Amazing. I think this show is in top and has nothing to envy to series like Game Of Thrones, Lost, Sherlock, Breaking Bad or True Detective. I don't know why this show only have a rating of 8.3 on IMDb, I hope they make more seasons. Just, wow. This episode is just wonderful, and the final 5 minutes, with that music, Oh my God. I'm the only thinking that Wes Gibbins maybe kill his mother and Annalise help him to "How To Get Away With Murder" but he don't remember anything or something like that? Maybe Wes Gibbins was involved in one of the first cases of Annalise or perhaps Annalise kill the mother of Wes? What a great show. Very impressive.

Oh my god...

This is honestly one of the best episodes I've ever watched. Every second was amazing, full of plot twists and huge shocks. Everything was perfect. The acting was 10+, with Viola Davis topping, and then all the other characters, including the small roles. The soundtrack was amazing, it gave a huge thrill to the viewers, and it personally became one of my new favorite songs. This episode was also full of shocks, which left me breathless. The last minute of the episode was CRAZY!! You have to watch it.How to get away with murder is surely one of the best TV shows from 2010s for me, and i hope they keep making more new seasons. Can't wait to see what's next!!

I'm Absolutely Amazed!

Warning: Spoilers
This is a crazy show, everyone who watch HTGAWM knows that, but this episode exceeded all my expectations, they turn every story that we imagined in something completely different, all things happened in ways that we didn't expected. I seriously don't know how can Peter Nowalk write this kind of episodes and not going fully crazy, for real.

About the actors, they were perfect, this episode was like an opportunity to everyone glow, and they did it. Viola Davis was a goddess, like always, she is such a powerful woman, and the rest of the cast didn't stay behind, their acting was powerful, genuine, incredible, it made you think you were there, with them in such tense moment.

I freaking love this show so much, I'm seriously going to miss it until February 11, and I can't wait to see how it all goes after this whole story that leads us to a tense Season 2B, best season yet.

I'm really hopping that I will be here continue reviewing episodes from this amazing show every year, this is that kind of show that can continue season after season, so, fingers crossed!!!!

Thrilling from start to end -Spoilers-

Warning: Spoilers
Just like last seasons mid season finale, this episode connected the dots but my oh my it was way above any episode of this series. I didn't expected this many twist and turns and before I knew, episode ended. Those were one of the fastest 45 minutes for me. This episode was so packed that they still have to reveal a lot of stuff regarding Catherine, Asher going to police which were shown in previous episodes. + Wes story line + Every member in the group are now on same page + Welcome to party Asher + Acting (Viola Davis) + Emily Sinclair is gone. - Winter break

I am very excited for what they are going to show us after the winter break and I just home that is as awesome as this episode.

Dear god who writes this crap
jimmietee2 November 2021
Nobody. At least I hope nobody. Actually makes decisions like this pile of scum bags. Tamper with evidence. Lie and destroy lives. Murder I get. The show is called how to get away with murder after all. But the casual way they all make decisions that make no sense at all and don't act anything like humans makes it unbearable.
