- Guy and girl kissing, she's is topless in a thong and lying on top of him. The film switches between this scene and other a few times. The last time she sits up and exposes both breasts for a few moments.
- A woman with unusually large breasts in water removes her top and exposes both breasts for a few moments.
- A woman removes her wet-suit and is topless in a thong. The scene continues with both breasts fully exposed for several seconds as she searches for clothing and eventually puts on a bra.
- This is all within the first 7 minutes. Nothing sexual after this.
Violence & Gore

- A girl is quickly drug underwater after something brushes against her feet. No blood is seen.
- The girl's friend is also dragged under the water shortly after, but surfaces, spitting out blood, and lots of it churns in the water as he struggles to get free only to be drug back underwater never to surface again.
- Three people are eaten alive all at once by the shark. More people are shown screaming as they run for their lives. The shark manages to use it's powerful flippers to move further onto shore and devour any remaining on the grounds.
- Several people are attacked, a man in the bathroom in the underwater facility is chomped in half with blood spraying all over the wall.
- Two men are seen with the faces partially devoured, presumably by the once captive mutations whose cages are shattered and thrown across the room. Blood surrounds the victim's heads.
