This episode helps is understand who Maggie pierce is and allows the audience to become accustomed with a character that will surely stick around for a long while. This episode showcases Maggie's skill and shows that she is worthy of being chief of cardio. Lovely set up episode for her character

I'm not sure a television show could possibly write a more unlikable character, Meredith is insufferable...

Getting to know Maggie was great, lots of awkward moments.

This Episode begins with Maggie, she is running in Seattle in the morning. Maggie is taking care of Robbie, he is having pain in his chest. Oliver performs a surgery together with Alex. Alex wants to leave Oliver's private practice. Rita has to deliver her baby today, otherwise her life is at risk. Rita gave birth to her baby. Maggie has a hard start at the hospital, she didn't found her place there yet. Maggie resuscitates Marjorie slowly. Marjorie past away, that is what she wanted. Callie and Arizona want to have another baby together. Maggie Maggie tells Meredith that Ellis Grey was her mother. Meredith does not believe that Maggie is her sister. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 11, a great Maggie Episode. She told Meredith that she is her sister!

Another reason to despise Meredith

Meredith is insufferable, stuck-up, arrogant, impolite.. After season 2, with all her traumas, I didn't like her character at all.. I don't think she worth the trouble. What is the reason to treat someone that's new at the job like garbage?? And what about what happened with her husband, Derek? She is, apart from the rest, super jealous, of everyone!! Even of "her person", her super best friend forever, Cristina Yang, another one from the first season that went away. Derek had THE job, and she decided to just stay put where she was "because". A lot of excuses. Cristina says: "don't let your husband shadow you" and there she goes, changing everything and strain her marriage for something Cristina said. She is living her life happy, and Meredith is looking for more misery in her life. That's why I like it. I like that the principal character is not perfect, I even despise her.
