- I would say this is very mild. There is only one scene where there is any direct gore. A man runs into a wall with a window and on the outside you see a red smear. Also, in another scene you see a man hanging who is dead. There is also a man who shoots himself in the head off camera, but all is seen is a blood splatter on the ground. Lastly, a man walks into a burning building, nothing is seen but his death is implied.

- There are many references to using drugs. Crack, meth and "red flower" are the three I remember. However, only the "red flower" is seen being smoked. Most of the characters drink beer regularly that they make themselves. Some characters are shown drunk/high.
- A character is handcuffed to rehab him from his drug addiction.

- Suicide by hanging, gunshot, and fire. Frequent talk about suicide.
- The overall movie is quite intense and surreal.
- The tent scene is easily the scariest scene

- The entity in the movie might scare some viewers.
- A man is trapped in an infinite loop that lasts 5 seconds, meaning that whatever he does, his loop resets in 5 seconds. He literally suffers fate much worse than death. This is quite possibly the scariest scene in whole movie.
