From memory this was probably the last of the even half decent episodes, where the show went from still occasionally funny to just plain stupid and unwatchable. While this was already the case for a lot of episodes of the Kutcher era, this is especially true for season 12. I think there might be one episode after this which is only just watchable (the one in the hospital with Herb and the rest of that "gang") but that is about it.

I doubt anyone still reads reviews for this show but I wanted to say that I was totally pro Charlie and for the first time ever I'm watching all the Walden episodes. I'm not sure what happened in this final season. Were they cancelled because I think there's only 16 episodes here.
Anyway, aside from the final episode these last few seasons were great! In fact I think they should've made a show dedicated to Walden and perhaps have Barry in it as well.
I was just expecting this to be so much worse and it's really not. Sure it's not Charlie Sheen and the show completely changed direction after Jake grew up but if you loved this show I'd definitely give these episodes a chance!
