I don't know how the laws and ethics for medical professionals in the Philippines are regulated, but here in America this doctor would have lost his license for what he did. Not to mention how the devoted wife just ups and give up the pon pon to the doctor who she didn't know from a can of paint. Highly unlikely and incredibly stupid to even put that in the mix, in fact that was the main killing point for me of the outrageously stupid ideas ever put to film. Now if this was a comedy, fine you make leeway in your observation for such hijinks. But this was classified as a drama to which the writers totally screwed up royally on that aspect of the movie. Needless to say I turned it off and removed from my playlist of foreign films of various genre. If you're here for the T&A, this is your style of movie. But if you want sometime above a kindergarten level writing and direction. I would advise you take a pass on this one.
