What a cliffhanger!

This episode does a good job at showing that soldiers aren't invincible war breaks through down leaving them vulnerable Pixis has an epic speech which convinces all the soldiers to stay and fight the animation in this episode is at the best it's been so far especially when Eren transforms after using his gear to fly in the city but did Eren lose control of his titan I'm really nervous about Mikasa 8/10.

I think by now, it is definitely official. There won't be an episode in the series that will be a 8.95/10 or under for me personally, and I can tell. My favorite things about this episode were the Protagonist, the action, and the Cinematography. My favorite characters in this episode were Eren, the Commander, and Mikasa. Just like all the rest, there were only a few flaws in this episode that I am just going to keep to myself for the time being. Overall, just like the rest of the episodes, it was mostly just positives for this episode. When I first watched this season, it was like a top 15 season for me. On rewatch, it's becoming top 10.

Nailing those cliffhangers

This episode was very dialogue heavy, and felt like a set-up for an action packed follow up. But this was still an epic episode in it's own right. Love the story of the fear and lack of confidence from the soldiers. It creates a tense atmosphere within the walls. The best moment though is Pixis' speech. I'm loving his character. His speech was full of passion and delivered perfectly. The OST was great too. The ending was an exciting cliffhanger that makes you want to watch the next episode immediately afterwards. Attack on Titan has something a lot of anime doesn't. Unpredictability. You never know who's going to win or who's going to be safe.
