- Severe violence. Characters die in various gruesome ways, and some of it is shown in detail. Characters are stabbed, tortured/beaten, strangled, and more. A character has his eyes ripped out. A character bites an electrical chord. Several bloody head injuries. Characters fall from high spots and die. There are fist fights, along with weapons used, such as bricks, axes, box cutters, pens, ropes, etc.
- A student bites another student's hand during a fight.
- A student is tortured by a few other students. They stab his leg with a pen, repeatedly hit him, and use a box cutter to cut him right under his eye.
- A character throws up blood when she starts to break a rule of the game.
- A student hits another student multiple times with a weight, killing her.
- A character stabs herself in the neck with a broken stick/pipe.

- Several scenes involving a ghost.
- The entire show is very intense. Characters are forced to play a real life mafia game, so the students get divided, fight against their fellow classmates, and kill each other.
- A girl falls in a pool, and is dragged deeper underwater by a ghost figure.

Violence & Gore
- Characters are forced to kill themselves when they are voted out. Their eyes roll back and they kill themselves in various ways, such as hitting their head repeatedly on sharp or hard objects, drowning, strangling or hanging themselves, jumping from high places, overeating, ripping their eyes out, etc.
- A character accidentally falls off a marked path in the woods, out of bounds of the game, so he is killed. He rips his eyes out, then slips and lands on a protruding branch from a tree, killing him.
- Two students go out of bounds, resulting in them being "eliminated." They then kill each other by repeatedly hitting each other's heads.
- Students are killed in their sleep. They are stabbed, or suffocated (the mafias put a pillow or plastic bag on their heads to suffocate them).
- A student hits himself several times with a fire extinguisher to kill himself.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- When characters are voted out, they are forced to kill themselves. Their eyes roll back in their head before they kill themselves, so you just see white eye balls, which can be disturbing for some to see.
- The ghost scenes throughout the show are revealed to be part of a virtual game simulation. While still frightening, this explains that it wasn't real ghosts.
