- One of the stronger sexual scenes in the film includes one of a naked couple who have sex (Not too graphic).
- There are some verbal sexual references.
- Rape in one scene. There is a second scene where the main character has to violently fight off a male attacker who tries to rape her in a locker room shower. Both scenes are brief but intense.
- Jennifer Lawrence Is tortured fully naked
- In one scene a man and a woman are required to get naked. The man strips and is shown fully naked, including genitalia for half a second. The woman strips and everything is obscured apart from one breast. No female genitals are seen, nor her buttocks. Male nudity very gratuitous.
- There is a scene in which a young woman takes off her clothes but everything is obscured.
- A woman is asked to strip to give a man "what he wants" (sex) in front of a class of people. She takes off her top and bra, revealing one of her breasts (the other is covered by the man), before she strips fully naked (her buttocks are visible as she sits on a table). She then sits back on the edge of a table, legs slightly spread (we can't see her genitals) staring at him as if waiting for him to have sex with her.
- In one brief scene, characters are witnessed watching pornographic films together and partial female nudity is briefly seen on their monitors.
- Fully clothed woman kills a naked woman graphically
- A rape scene. A middle-aged gangster and a young woman enter a private room. He tells her to remove her clothes, which she does, revealing her body in black lingerie. The man suggestively speaks to her as he pulls her onto his lap and aggressively fondles and kisses her body. He then flips her onto her back, unbuckles his pants, rips off her underwear and covers her mouth with his hand as she began to struggle and yell "slowly! slow down! No!" He rapes her until interrupted.

- A male is brought into class and a young, clearly underage, girl is forced to perform oral sex on him. He grabs her head to force her but she luckily pushes away and drops to the floor to avoid the rape. In same scene an old woman molests the same girl on her thighs and breasts and she's"teaching" the rest a lesson.
- In a scene the woman lead is shown to masturbate a male. It's not shown below the waist but you can clearly see what's happening from the gestures.
- Woman is told to have sex with a male who previously attempted to rape her. Female nudity in this scene.

- The film contains some scenes of violence, some of which is a bit graphic.
- A man is strangled from behind with a wire. As he is strangled, the wire cuts into his skin, and blood is visible.
- A fight scene occurs in a shower, and a character is seriously beaten with an object to the point of bleeding.
- A woman's mutilated body is shown in a bathtub filled with bloody water. Pieces of her skin have been cut off, and she is covered in cuts. Not shown for a long time but still rather graphic.
- A man is tied to a chair and tortured with a machine used for peeling off skin for grafts. The cutting isn't shown up close, but his pain is obvious as he screams. Pieces of peeled-off skin are graphically shown once removed.
- Really nasty stomach turning torture.
- A very brief scene shows Lawrence's broken leg being operated on with uncomfortable drilling sounds.
- Scenes of rape.
