The One With The New Neighbors...

Warning: Spoilers
I really enjoyed this episode. It is one of my all-time favorite episodes from this season, and is pretty high up on the list for being one of my favorites from the entire series.

In this episode, an elderly couple offers to buy Grayson's house, which is everyone is happy to have happen. But their condition is that they can become a part of the gang, and hang out with "the young people". Everyone is a little hesitant at first, but agree. Everyone realizes that having dinner at 4pm, and going to sleep by 6pm is actually really great. Until they find out that the elderly couple wanted to be friends with them, so they wouldn't have to do that. Meanwhile, Bobby renames his boat, and Travis looks for someone to be a new Penny Can partner.

Title Card: Welcome to Cougar Town. Call your mom, tell her you love her. We're trying to do something positive with these.

Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Freaking Ridonkulous.

Warning: Spoilers
Jules try's life as an older women while Bobby enlists a small group of people to help him make some money off snake collecting. The scenes where Jules, Ellie and Grayson tried to be older people like their neighbours was very funny for me and when they saw the older people trying to be younger it made this plot point the better part of the episode. Bobby might be happy now in a casual relationship with this girl Riggs but their relationship seems to have happened very quickly and I do not see it as great as it could be. Laurie and Travis at this point for me should not be in a relationship because the writers of the show have missed their opportunity for anything to happen and at this point it would seem to late especially for all the chances they had to put the two characters in a relationship. Funny episode as always and the return of Penny can was a great slow montage that was a great cap to the end of the episode as well as the gang with wine in hand driving around.

EPISODE GRADE: B+ (MVP: Courtenay Cox)
