Roman history

A charming , absolutely inspired history of Roman civilisations, evoked in admirable manner, from the story of Cincinnatus to the fights in arena, from values to the stormy memories about past, from the wisedom to the courage.

A man, working his land, reminds his youth as gladiator. Dramatic moments, moments of survive , are resurected . Old fights coms in present. Gestures, tension, maybe fear. And comradery. And help. And bitterness of victory.

A very simple story and its simplicity, scene by scene, becoming more than touching.

A nice used technology as support for a hartimpressive story.

And fair dose of realism.

In short, beautiful trip across Roman history.
