- While not the focus, women's underwear under their skirts can be seen in several shots.
- In the opening scene, the main characters bust a child pornography ring; nothing is shown.
- A man (Chad) and a woman (Gwen) undress each other and have sex; her breasts and pubic region are seen, also his bare rear. Another character watches them on camera. After they're interrupted, they walk around in their underwear for a few minutes.
- Another couple start making out; he takes off her outer shirt and she wraps her legs around his torso. They stop before they have sex.

- One character hallucinates that his hands are covered in fresh blood.

- A bloody corpse is found in a car trunk; a character vomits several times off-screen, and some is seen dribbling out of his mouth.
- Characters encounter a cannibal as she's eating human flesh; one chases after her and starts beating him. Another cannibal slices the man's head off with an ax; his friends and the camera get covered in blood.
- A character is repeatedly stabbed in the back; the bloody knife is shown in close-up, and can be seen protruding from his back. He is dragged off, and he screams that he's being eaten.
- A cop shoots the cannibal; blood splatters on the wall.
- One cannibal taunts the cop by spitting out the eyes of one of the main characters and placing them over the cop's own eyes.

- It turns out that the cannibals are the children of the house's owners; the parents killed themselves in the wake of the rumors regarding their satanism. Their corpses and a suicide note in blood are shown.
- The male cannibal hacks one of the girls in half; her entrails are shown, and she begs for the other girl to shoot her. She complies.
- One girl drowns the female cannibal in a puddle of mud.

- One character accidentally puts LSD in the group's water supply, causing them to hallucinate.
