Sex & Nudity

- A man talks about having sex with his 14 year old daughter. Later it is implied he has, against her will, and blood is shown on the bed.
- An adult man talks about having sex with a young girl (maybe 5 years old) to the girl's mother and to the girl herself. He appears to become turned on while speaking directly to the child. He removes his gloves and begins unbuttoning his clothes. He is interrupted.
- Many female prostitutes display explicit full frontal nudity when they are forced by a male patron to walk down a flight of stairs & then stand in a line so that this man can look at their nude bodies and choose to his liking.
- A teenage girl walks in on a man and woman having sex in a brothel. They are moaning and his butt and her breast is exposed.
- A man tells a teenage girl about his first sexual experience and then tells her he is going to have sex with her.
- While a man and woman have sex, another woman shows him her bare butt to excite him.
- A man engaging in sex with a prostitute, while forcing a young teenage girl to watch them. The scene depicts the man positioned between the woman's legs with thrusting movements shown, though no nudity is depicted as both remained clothed.
- In the midst of the sexual act, the man orders the prostitute to engage in violent play with him, and starts to hit and strangle the woman. When the teenage girl threatens to shoot him if he does not stop, he goads her and dares her to shoot him, while seemingly deriving pleasure both from the rough sex and the emotional torment that he is exacting on the teenage girl. While there is a suggestion of sadomasochism in the scene.
- The film also contains other sexual scenes that occur between the prostitutes and their customers.
Violence & Gore

- A woman's tongue is cut out offscreen, we later see the wound.
- A man is stabbed. Later, we see him disemboweled with his intestines wrapped around his throat as he hangs from a barn wall.
- A young girl is forced to kill a pig she has been caring for. The pig is shot in the head but is still alive and is seen struggling on the ground. The pig is then cut but is still alive and it's legs can be seen twitching and moving for an extended amount of time.
- A man is hung to death and immediately following his cut up body parts are seen being fed to pigs.
- A young woman cuts out her own tongue
- A young boy is shot several times. We watch him take his last breath.
- A prostitute is hung for killing a man who attacked her. Her neck is heard snapping offscreen and then her body is shown hanging.
- In a more impactful scene, a man is stabbed to death by another man. Some blood is shown.
- Aside from this, there are several scenes of violence where the victim's injuries are shown onscreen.
- For example, a woman stabs a man, accompanied by some blood.
- In another scene, a girl uses a small knife to dig out a bullet from a man's thigh.
