- A young man changes his pants in front of his grandfather (bare buttocks is seen).
- A young man gets drunk at a house party and dances around in a thong which completely exposes his buttocks in several shots.
- Robert De Niro's bare buttocks is seen.
- There is a shot of a man's penis when he is in bed after he warns his grandfather not to get close to him while sharing the same bed and some scenes of penises being drawn on the faces of various characters are seen.
- Dick is said to be masturbating in his house, and there is a scene of him cleaning up the tissues
- A young woman wearing only a bra takes off her pants, gets only in a thong (revealing her buttocks) and wants to have sex with an older man who's shirtless.
- Graphic full frontal male genital nudity in multiple scenes. No female nudity whatsoever.

- Racial slurs are said by white men (two uses of the n-word and one use of the g-slur). There are also uses of ableist slurs (r-slur used a few times)
- Multiple uses of word 'dick' sometimes is sexually word (Robert de Niro's role name)
- There is frequent use of coarse language in the film, such as the expletives 'fuck' and 'motherfucker'.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- During a party, (Efron) is seen unknowingly smoking crack in the form of a vape.
- A man can be seen smoking an e-cigarette containing weed at a funeral
- There's a montage featuring a man smoking joints with some thugs with shots of a woman smoking a pipe
- A woman leans over to blow some cigarette smoke into a man's mouth
- A drug-dealer opens up his hidden cabinet revealing drugs inside as he tries to sell them to his customers
- The film features verbal drug references. These references are relayed in jokes and usage discussion.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A scene where a man and a boy are behind a garbage man. The boy's father mistakenly thinks the man is a pedophile. It's a misunderstanding and played for laughs, but the suggestion could be disturbing for some.
- A swastika is drawn on Efron's forehead made out of penises. For any Jewish people watching the film, this may be a bit of an intense scene.
- The scene featuring the nude man high on drugs & posing in sexually provocative positions (see Sex & Nudity) may prove to be somewhat disturbing (more comedic).

- Dick and Lenore have sex near the end.
- During a slideshow presentation, a photo is seen with a liquor bottle stuck up his buttocks. As well as a photo of someone being humped by a dog.
