A better episode

Warning: Spoilers
The series has now reached the halfway point and thankfully managed to improve with this episode. When Elijah, one of the ACs is found just outside Forthaven he is brought in and put in a holding cell until Tate can decide what to do with him… however he manages to escape but in doing so attacks and seriously injures a woman who tries to help him. When Fleur and Cass chase after him Fleur slips and could easily have fallen to her death but Elijah saves her and so earns her trust. He tells her and Cass how Tate had mistreated him many years before so they agree to help him return to the other ACs. Their plan is complicated by the fact that Stella's daughter has passed on information about Elijah to Tipper who has told everybody in Forthaven about him.

This episode was a distinct improvement as it had a gripping story where it looked as if another regular character could die and once again hinted at the events of the past concerning the ACs; talking of the past there is also a clue suggesting that the settlers might not be the first people to step foot on Carpathia. Julius continues to come across as a pantomime villain as he attempts to manipulate the people around him, no doubt in future episodes we will learn just what he is up to.

Episode #1.4

This was a great improvement from the past two episodes!

I think one of the problems I have with this show is that I can't root for the humans vs. AC since I believe that humans are the scum in this case. So it was interesting to see the characters questioning their president and his actions.

I liked the chasing scenes, the conversations they had with the AC. Sad ending but at least I finally felt something while watching it besides boredom and annoyance.

The whole idea with finding a scull was pretty good as well. Makes one interested on how it goes on
