Surrounded By Idiots is a refreshingly honest story about Jon, who jumps at what he hopes will be a second chance to be with his one true love, Kate. He leaves his job and home in New York City, hops a bus halfway across the country to return to his sleepy hometown with one thing in mind, and no Plan B. As in any good drama, he encounters obstacles along the way, an overbearing mother, emotionally challenged brother, perceived differences with Kate, and his own awareness of who he is. Will he be able to get the girl and live happily ever after, or will he do something idiotic and lose her forever? Either way, his epiphany at the end is worth its weight in gold, and his future looks brighter than ever.
