An important episode!

This episode is vitally important. Christina's incredible character development goes back to her main focus of being a brilliant surgeon above all else. I just wish that Izzie had gotten a better send off than this episode provided.

Izzie's ending

Izzie deserved a better ending.

Still, her ending is special in some way. I think you can understand why Izzie has to start over and her last scene somehow shows that she has to act so coldly that she too can cope with her departure and look ahead. I hope she returns again in the future.

In the end, she got her perfect ending with Alex and her twins. I'm glad that she made it that far.

I know that the two are/will be perfect parents. What I also like is that Izzie is a surgical oncologist since she had cancer herself.

Alex and Izzie can finally live the life they've always wanted, together!

Love or Surgery?

This Episode begins with Bailey, she is performing a tumor removal surgery. Teddy will stay a few more weeks. Lexie and Alex had sex last night. Izzie is back home. Callie has got chicken-pox. Lexie tells Callie that she had sex with Alex. Alex tells Izzie that he had sex with someone. Richard will perform a surgery with Meredith today. Bailey will assist Richard with the surgery, Meredith may watch. Derek wants to be chief of surgery, also to add Izzie back to the staff. Izzie her scan results are positive. Alex wants Izzie to go away and not come back. Owen kissed Cristina. Mark tells Lexie that he had sex with Addison. Lexie tells Mark that she had sex with Alex. Mark is mad. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 6, Derek chose for surgery and not love. I think he will be the new chief of surgery!
