Season one of Mighty Ducks: Game Changers was a surprise for Disey+ as it proved to be funny and engaging and was a refreshing take on something memorable from a lot of childhoods. Seeing Gordon Bombay work with a new generation of kids made for compelling TV.
Losing that character is huge. Josh Duhamel is fine in this role, but overall the series is just missing a spark. They let go of some of the kids it seems and it also does not feel like there is the same energy there. How are they going to keep the momentum going or will they just repeat the same underdog story that we got in the first season?
